Local Planning Guide
Minneapolis demands the most attention during deep winter cold and snowstorms and during the spring-summer severe-weather season.
Storms can intensify quickly across the Upper Midwest, so radar velocity and warning polygons help distinguish routine storms from tornado-warned cells.
